Over 95% of the UK population will be within just 10 miles of the Olympic Flame
Lit in Greece, the Olympic Flame arrives in the UK on 18 May 2012.
The 70-day relay, presented by Coca-Cola, Lloyds TSB and Samsung, will start at Land's End on the morning of 19 May 2012. As with the Games themselves, the arrival of the Olympic Flame can be considered on two levels - business it will attract on the day and perhaps more significantly the promotional value which pays dividends in the weeks, months and years ahead.
